how much is that doggy in the window?

after much begging, i finally broke LPH down from saying no dogs for 10 years until, "once we own a place, we can talk..." which still means doggy is far away, but doggy is getting closer!!! and i want myself a westie and i will name him/her after my favorite supreme court justice...mr. antonin "nino" scalia. awwwwwww....so happy :)
